The last time I checked you when buy a computer, it normally doesn’t already have a password set. Unless you didn’t buy it from a store.
I would ask the person you bought it from.

Your going to have to call apple tech support ,if its like any other desktop all you have to do is open case up and clear cmos

let me guess you bought as second hand computer from some esle and that person didn’t tell you password. call that person ask if he/she doesn’t know youmust call MAC tech support ask for help

First, you should NEVER buy a mac, second, it was probably stolen and you should give it back to the seller or report the seller, next go buy a real computer (MS Windows).
