I think there is a place for it, especially in case of a house fire, having Online Storage can also be beneficial – I personally just backup all my files on an extra hard drive, Most of my important files are pictures I have taken, which takes up about 10GB of space. I do use both though.

Do you trust online storage/backup?

I was thinking of backing up some of my files to an online storage site (ADrive) but I wasn’t sure if I should or not. Has anyone had problems with online storage or backup? Would you recommend it? Would YOU do it?

I personally just backup all my files on an extra hard drive, if it’s really important, I back it up on two. I think there is a place for it, especially in case of a house fire, but other than that, I personally wouldn’t really use them. Most of my important files are pictures I have taken, which takes up about 10GB of space. Uploading and downloading these would take too much time compared to copying them onto another drive.

I wouldn’t trust free online storage, unless you keep a backup of the files.

How much would a powermac g4 quicksilver 733MHz, 1.25 GIG of ram with iwork 08 and office 04 sell for? I was hoping someone would give me an estimate? It runs Mac OS X 10.5 leopard

Maybe $800-$900- possibly

How much would a powermac g4 Sell For?
Would this be a good computer?

I found a used mac for sale on Craigslist. I have a P.C (Win 7, 320 HD, 3 GB ram), but I would like to have a mac also.

AD:
“Apple PowerMac G4 Quicksilver 867MHZ

Up for sale is a 100% tested and working Apple Powermac G4 desktop computer. For sale is just the tower.

Specs:

867MHZ G4 Processor
768MB Ram
80GB Hard drive
DVDRW SuperDrive
10/100/1000 Ethernet
2 USB ports
2 FireWire 400 ports
Airport Wireless card
Computer is running Mac OS 10.5 Leopard ”
__________________________

Would it be a good computer for watching videos and doing web browsing? Also, how much would you guess this mac is selling for, how much would you pay for it?
I don’t want to sound like I’m bragging about getting another computer, but I have saved/earned this money for a super long time….

For web browsing and streaming videos that Mac will do fine, but that’s about all it will do without problems. To be completely honest its a pretty pathetic Mac. But if you are just looking at using it for what you say it will do fine. Good luck!
