also how far can i upgrade the processor on a Power Mac G4 wiht 400MHz processor and what is better an intel Celeron PC wiht 2Ghz or an apple with 1.2Ghz

You should get in contact with your local Apple Store. I know that Apple Stores can install certain devices for you, but I’m not sure about a processor upgrade.
