WOW! This iBook is dangerously fast. I have a 1.33GHz and it lags when watching David Letterman shows and other clips. How did you make it that fast? Or is it my problem?

Tell me more about the wire adapter you used… was it ethernet for highspeed? Did you connect it directly to the highspeed modem?
Unless you have a custom setup, once you connect the ethernet cord to the iBook it should automatically set everything up and allow you to browse the internet.

Quite impressive. This video in addition to the video of the 800 MHz convinced me to buy an iBook off eBay (g4 1.07 ghz) to use as a word processor while in class. I also bought some extra ram for it. I’m looking forward to posting a video before and after the addition if the 1 gb ram.

The processor speed …
The processor speed (GHZ) is not cost effectively upgradable, so you want to buy a G4 with the highest GHZ you can afford. The max 12 inch Apple made was 1.33GHZ. The max 14 inch Apple made was 1.42GHZ.
For RAM you can put in a 1GB chip. The computers have a built in chip of either 128, 256, or 512MB. So the total with the 1GB chip will be 1.12, 1.25, or 1.5GHZ.
The iBook G4 will take a HD up to 320GB. ATA not SATA.
