Apple G3 Computer – Thrown Off A Cliff!

We found an old Macintosh G3 Computer that one of the Emerson College computer labs were throwing it out – so we took it home, and scavenged it for parts. The motherboard was broken, the PSU at least 8 years old, and the RAM and HDDs had already been removed. With no useful parts to be found, the next logical step was to get rid of the computer. There is a 45 foot cliff by my house that seemed like the best way to do this. We recorded video with two low-quality digital cameras, and took still photos with two cameras as well. It was a fun afternoon.

And for those wondering, we did clean up all of the pieces, and disposed of them properly afterwards – so as not to pollute the beautiful waters of the North Shore… which were a good 15-20 feet from the impact site – The G3 was NOT near the water, it just looks like it. Take a closer look at the high-angle of the 1st impact.
